Here is an important question to understand. What makes a good business opportunity lead?
Let’s look at a couple of the most important things….
First of all the lead should have a need for the opportunity or an interest in it. Not in your opportunity in particular, but in starting a business of their own in general.
There are varying degrees of interest too.
1. A red hot prospect is someone who is looking to get started right away.
2. Someone with medium to mild interest may just be in the initial checking it out stage.
3. The person with very little interest yet.
Obviously you you’re looking for red hot prospects who want to get started right away.
Secondly the prospect must have the money that it takes to get started. Different business opportunities will require different amounts, up front, but a good lead is someone who does have money to invest if they see something that appeals to them.
It is interesting that as you communicate with your leads, you can have an effect on their interest level as well as the amount of money that they have available. Most prospects will not want to reveal the true amount of money they have to invest.
Because they often times do not know you when you follow up there is going to initially be an awkward moment of lack of trust. That does not make them a bad business lead, just someone that you need to warm up to.
This is a few tips on what makes a good opportunity business lead. There are literally millions of people all over the world looking for ways to make money. You just have to find them.
